Terms of Service

Buckeye Hub · Last updated:

These terms apply to the Buckeye Hub, including Enrollment Hub: the software Buckeye AI, Inc. provides to hospitals for Medicaid enrollment and financial assistance. By using it, you agree to them.

Who these terms cover

The Buckeye Hub is provided to hospitals and health systems under a written agreement with us, and used by the staff they authorize. Your organization's agreement, including its business associate agreement, governs the service and takes precedence over these terms.

Access and accounts

Only people your organization authorizes may use the Buckeye Hub, and only within the permissions they're given. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, don't share accounts, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used yours. We may suspend access to protect the service or its data, or if these terms are broken.

Acceptable use

Use the Buckeye Hub only for your organization's work, as its agreement allows. Don't try to access data or systems you're not authorized to use, probe or scan them for vulnerabilities, get around security controls, or reverse engineer the software. Don't upload information you aren't authorized to provide.

Patient information

We handle patient information only as your hospital's business associate, under its business associate agreement, and we protect it with administrative, physical and technical safeguards. Share patient information only through the Buckeye Hub or another channel your organization's agreement allows, never by ordinary email.

AI outputs

The Buckeye Hub uses AI, including voice agents, to help with eligibility screening and enrollment. Its outputs can be incomplete or wrong, so review them before relying on them. It doesn't decide eligibility, and it isn't medical advice.

Availability and support

We don't promise uninterrupted service; any uptime or support commitments are in your organization's agreement. For account or support requests, email support@buckeyelabs.ai.

Your data and our software

Your organization owns its data. We use it only to provide the Buckeye Hub under your organization's agreement, or as the law requires. We own the Buckeye Hub software, and these terms don't transfer any rights in it.

Disclaimer and liability

Warranties and limits on liability are set by your organization's agreement. Beyond that agreement, and to the extent the law allows, the Buckeye Hub is provided as is, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Delaware law, except where your organization's agreement, or a public body's own law, says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Changes never override your organization's agreement.
